TICKER Converter ("the App") is a currency, cryptocurrency, stock, and precious metals tracking application available on Android and iOS. The App provides real-time exchange rates, price alerts, portfolio tracking, and historical charts.

On iOS, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before accessing your IDFA. You may opt out at any time via your device settings.

The App may request permission to send local push notifications for price alerts you configure. These notifications are generated entirely on your device — no notification content is sent to or stored on our servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
The Android home screen widget displays exchange rates fetched by the App. Rate data is stored in device-local shared preferences and is not transmitted externally.
On Android, the App uses WorkManager to periodically fetch updated exchange rates in the background (approximately once per hour). This involves network requests to the Frankfurter API. No personal data is included in these requests.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
Since we do not collect or transmit personal data to our own servers, there is no personal data at risk on our end. All user-generated data (portfolio, alerts, preferences) remains on your device and is protected by your device's own security mechanisms.
